The rooms are nicely decorated and immaculately clean. the bathroom is spacious. - the breakfast is freshly made with good coffee. - There are many options to choose from. - the staff is competent and friendly.

I didn't feel like leaving, so can't recommend highly enough this hotel. Incredibly beautiful property, all of the staff were affable and amicable, handy location close to town centre with car parking. Freshly cooked and absolutely superb breakfast with many options to choose was available.

The room we booked here was cozy and had a TV, and the food options were excellent with a wide variety to choose from.

I had a great experience staying at this place. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the town center. It was so convenient to have car parking available, making it easy for me to explore the area. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the little extras provided, like free toiletries and an electric kettle in the room. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the comfortable carpeted floors added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The dining experience was wonderful, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious.

The staff at Almond Villa Guest House were friendly and helpful. the location of the guest house was convenient, being situated right by the Centre of Perth and various restaurants. the popular fast food restaurant Crieff Road Chippy was only 500 meters away.
